I bought this from Target and plan to take it back ASAP. I carefully followed the charging instructions after reading other reviews, have cleaned the filter and empty it regularly. This thing has very little suction, which makes it absolutely worthless. It leaves behind pet and human hair, and you have to go over the area you are vacuuming more than two or three times just to get up crumbs. Bummer.
